Betting Rules & Conditions
The following rules apply when placing bets on 808live. They are in place to ensure a fair and transparent betting environment for everyone.
- Bet Confirmation: Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless there is a technical error with the event.
- Event Cancellation: If an event is fully cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be refunded.
- Odds Change: The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not apply.
- Live Betting: 808live is not liable for disconnections that occur during live event betting. Please keep a screenshot of your bet confirmation.
- Result Disputes: In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any event, the ruling of the relevant sports authority shall be final.
- Maximum Win Limit: A maximum win limit applies to each bet type and event. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
808live regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but certain general rules apply to all bonuses.
- Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
- The welcome bonus is available to new registered members only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — specific wagering requirements must be met first.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 808live. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary.
- Creating multiple accounts for the same person
- Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated software
- Attempting to hack the system or exploit any vulnerabilities
- Betting using match-fixing or insider information
- Money laundering or conducting transactions involving illegal funds
- Attempting to access or steal another user's account or identity
- Sending abusive, threatening, or obscene messages on the Platform
- Fraudulent use of the bonus system
If any suspicious activity is detected, 808live reserves the right to suspend or close the account and freeze all balances without prior notice.
Account Closure & Suspension
808live reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:
- Breach of Terms
- Creating an account using false information
- Failure to respond to an identity verification request
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
- At your own request (voluntary closure)
Users who wish to close their account may contact the support team. Any pending bets or transactions at the time of closure will be completed first, and the remaining balance will be refunded (this may not apply if the account is closed due to a terms violation).
